Our Role

We act as intermediaries between customers and official service providers
We facilitate access to services that may be difficult to obtain locally
We provide customer support and account management assistance
We ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Note: We do not create, host, or distribute content. All content access is through official service providers.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per person/household unless specified otherwise
You must be 18 years or older to create an account

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Use services only for personal, non-commercial purposes

We reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice.

6. Service Delivery

Delivery Timeline

• Instant Services: Account details delivered within max 1-2 hours
• Standard Services: Activation within 24 hours
• Custom Requests: 24-48 hours depending on complexity

All accounts are sourced from official providers
Services work as advertised or full refund available
24/7 customer support for technical issues
Replacement guarantee for non-working services

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

• Services depend on third-party provider availability
• Geographic restrictions may apply to certain content
• We cannot guarantee 100% uptime for all services Because we just sell subscription not actual services.
• Some features may be limited based on account type

Liability Limitations

vipsubscription.Pk's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for:

Third-party service provider policy changes
Content availability or quality issues
Internet connectivity problems
Device compatibility issues
We are not responsible for any Kind of Downtime and any kind of maintenance Because we just sell subscription not actual services.
Every subscription you purchase from vipsubscription.Pk comes with a warranty of 25–27 days. Each product falls under this warranty period. To confirm your purchased product’s warranty status, please contact our support team using the WhatsApp button located at the bottom right.

8. Termination

User Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Active subscriptions will continue until expiry
No refunds for unused portions unless policy applies
Account data will be deleted after 30 days

Service Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Warning issued for minor violations
Immediate termination for serious breaches
Refunds considered case-by-case
Using abusive or inappropriate language toward our support agents or staff may result in account suspension or cancellation, with no refund provided
